Sadly, in August of 2007, the organization came to an end. Its been very difficult to talk about as this was my life work. Regretfully we financially just didn’t make it. The hard part about a non-profit is that everyone loves the idea but few are willing or able to financially support the group. Grassroot groups like this are disappearing at a staggering rate due to the economy and unfortunately the option for those whom they help, are limited if not there at all anymore.

During out eight year run, we placed 32 dogs with disabled people. The Staff who worked hard at this are indeed proud of the work and wish to thank those who contributed financially as well as by volunteering. We all miss what we do but each placement remains in our heart forever.
